Our client is looking to expand their Field Service Team. Field Service Technicians are responsible for the service of global customers and product lines. They perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, modifications, equipment start-ups, provide training and re-training in the use of customer equipment. This position reports to the Technical Development Coordinator and Customer Service Manager as necessary.They have a long history of hiring Veteran Talent and promoting within. They are looking for folks with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Training will be OJT and they have teams of folks who will help you get up to speed on their customer's equipment.You will work in a collaborative, hands-on work environment, everyone from the CEO to the shipping manager works together with the goal of providing the best equipment and service to our customers.This is a high travel role from 80-85% so candidates must be comfortable traveling.Base salary, plus overtime (time and a half). All travel paid for, plus per diem. Rental cars reimbursement if needed.Great benefits and 401k plan.
