Shaker JCB is searching for a field service technician. Technician's every day activities include:* Performing diagnostic evaluations and analyzing customers complaints in order to resolve any equipment performance* Repair, rebuild, replace defective parts* Write complete and accurate service reports. Time Schedules.* Salary based on experience* Benefits, health insurance, vacation time, overtime pay. QUALIFICATIONS * 3-5 years with heavy equipment maintenance* Ability to effectively and safely use mechanics tools and equipment* Ability to prioritize work assignments* High School Diploma or GED required* Basic computer system knowledge for parts lookup and work order entry* Clean driving record* Diesel/Technician Certificate preferred
