Responsibilities:As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by:
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on forklifts based on customer requirements.
- Problem Analysis and Resolutions: Analyzing breakdown situations, recommending corrective actions to customers, and executing repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive relationships with customers while delivering superior customer service.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals, coupled with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
