- Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Field Support
- Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
- Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
- Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
- Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
- Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (with a focus on Microsoft)
- Physical Effort: Generally required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
- Willing to travel to other sites from your Home base located around 2 hours driving distance
- Willing to travel to other locations for Training purpose
- Solid team and people skills
- Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills
Salary Range -$65,000-$70,000 a year
