: Job Details :

Accountability:Install and repair machines and accessories at customer site. Provide technical information on operation or repair of machines and accessories.Scope and Responsibilities:Proactively attain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.Install machines and accessories at customer sites. Installation includes all necessary assembly, leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating, and wiring of machines and accessories.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software problems on machines and accessories at customer sites.Test operation of machines and accessories after completing installation or repair.Train customers on functions of the machines.Learn new machine features and accessories as they become available.Complete reports documenting installation, assessment of reported problems, repairs completed, and parts installed.Travel is required; assignments may require overnight or multiple-night stays.Utilize various test equipment for troubleshooting purposes, including indicators, test bars, clamp force, gauges, etc.Education/Certification:2-year technical training in electronics, mechanical, or machine tool assembly.3-7 years of experience in field service.High School Diploma.Skills:Read/understand engineering drawings.Ability to work independently or in a group while completing necessary tasks.Ability to understand PLC.Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.General computer skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive daily basis.Heavier lifting in excess of 50 lbs on a periodic basis.Ability to problem solve depending on the situation.Sound writing and reporting skills.Strong people skills.EOE, including disability/vets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
