Do you have what it takes to be a part of our team?Here's the role you'll play:Performs maintenance on cinema projection equipment, digital signage, sound systems, servers, and power supplies.Provides demand service for customers; determines and executes a support plan.Tests electronic assemblies, components, or parts using various equipment such as ohmmeter, voltmeter, ammeter, resistance bridge, oscilloscope, and computerized test equipment.Examines equipment and assemblies for defects, replaces defective components, repairs equipment, and performs field testing. Resolves firmware and software issues.Directs investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products.Records, analyzes, and informs appropriate personnel of production quality and status of customer complaints and claims utilizing written and electronic reporting.Installs electronic or digital equipment and conducts tests.Records activities in Field Point daily, including work description, expenses, hours, labor, and travel.This position requires in and out of market travel up to 70-80% of the time; it also requires the ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call.Performs phone and remote support for customers when a resolution can be achieved through these methods.Willing to take ownership and take on other duties as assigned.Here's what you need to make the cut:Associate's degree (A.
