Responsibilities and DutiesInstallation, troubleshooting and repair of large food processing equipmentOperator, maintenance, sanitation, personnel training in-house and at customer facilities In-house and in-field demonstrationsCustomer phone/email support including PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshootingEquipment pre-delivery and setup preparationRebuilding, repair, and preventative maintenance of customer machines in-house and in the fieldBuilding maintenance and general housekeeping dutiesJob RequirementsQualifications and SkillsAssociates degree, equivalent technical training, or appropriate hands-on experience Experience in electronics, AC/DC drives and inverters, PLCs, and electro-mechanical systems Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and willing to travel extensively throughout the continental United States, including weekendsFluency in French a plus but not mandatoryCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada and the United States and be able to obtain a passport Candidates must be able to pass a pre-work physical and drug screen
