The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of multi-functional printers and copiers. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
- Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers' office equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- 2+ years repairing and maintaining office equipment (preferably Konica Minolta, Canon and/or HP)
- Solid organizational skills
