End Client: MCPC/Metro HealthJob Title: Field Service Technician llLocation: Cleveland OHDuration: 6+ months ContractShift timings: M-F 8-5Job DescriptionIT field technician tasks: driving to client sites and providing general IT Support, running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary depending on the customer but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devicesSmart Hands tech needed for PC REFRESH, Desktops replacement and laptops replacement.Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's)Technician will travel to each client's locationMaintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server, and PrinterWorks under general supervision3 years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops, and Printers.3 years plus of customer service experienceReliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)Able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekendsPersonable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environmentsCan work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift to 50lbs.Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled positionSmartphone with tethering/hot spot capabilitiesLaptopBasic Hand ToolsPossess a valid driver's license Preferred.
