We are hiring a Field Technician for printer repair work in a territory covering customers in Manhattan. This role will be traveling to multiple customers and providing them with printer repair on their HP Printers, Officejet, LaserJet, DesignJet/wide format. It requires someone who is interested in a heavy travel role and has the aptitude to complete repairs on internal components of MFP's. Required Skills & Experience-3 + years Printer repair knowledge-Able to lift to 50lbs and comfortable with being agile and traveling by Subway daily-Experience performing break fix on PC's-Professional attitude and great customer service skills-Prior experience working on DesignJet or Wide Format/Plotter type printers Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
