We pride ourselves and dedicate everything we do to provide exceptional customer service.Each employee-owner is empowered by our F.O.C.U.S philosophy to make decisions, to deliver outstanding service and exceed clients' expectations, giving trust and autonomy in each role.We currently have an opening for a Field Service Technician in New Jersey, NYRole:Working as a Field Service Technician for TSi, you'll be responsible for travelling to client sites and carrying out assigned tasks to repair, maintain and install a variety of security systems, whilst providing outstanding customer service to clients.Requirements:You'll need to have a good understanding of a wide range of security systems with experience in Lenel and C-cure being a great benefit, however a well-rounded knowledge of brands is highly advantageous for this role.You must be able to carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards along with providing outstanding customer service to clients.Be comfortable working at heights (as required, climbing ladders etc.)Be responsible for performing preventative maintenance across client sites.Should ideally have at least 2 years hands-on  experience in a similar role.Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.You'll need to hold a valid and clean drivers license to travel to locations as needed.Part of an on-call rota.Location:New Jersey, NYPackage:$35-37ph (depending on level of experience), 401k fully loaded  TSi benefits, Employee-Owner, company vehicle etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
