We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-tech equipment in the field. You will work closely with our customers, providing them with exceptional service, and ensuring their equipment operates at optimal levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site installation of complex equipment, maintenance, and repair services.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Conduct thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the quality standards of the company and the industry.
  • Keep records of all service calls, invoices, and customer interactions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Attend training classes (locations throughout the world), to stay current on both new and existing products
  • Build positive relationships with customers, applying excellent customer care.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in toner-based printing
  • Proven field service experience with the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of electronics, mechanical operation
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage all on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Valid driver's license.
