Checks and follows up on feedback gathered from the field regarding product performance and other valuable on-field information for Tenaris.Main Responsibilities* Provides technical support and directly liaises with customer representatives to ensure the product is installed in the most efficient manner, allowing it to perform to its optimum design potential.* Assists with general overviews to customer representatives at rig sites, utilizing Tenaris resources and other applicable information specific to the operation or region being visited.* Ensures the correct use of Tenaris recommended practices by controlling and overseeing well site preparations, operations, and the repair of Tenaris Premium Connections, with a focus on preventing potential problems and incidents. This maximizes the safety and efficiency of our product installations.* Follows up with customer representatives to gather feedback on the perception of Tenaris products and services, identifying potential areas for improvement.* Maintains up-to-date self-training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures in accordance with the FISE training curriculum.* Responsible for timely completion of service reports, both in hardcopy and electronic formats, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous logs, inspection reports, service tickets, and specific reports.* Provides feedback from the field and the industry on the perception and attitude toward Tenaris and competitors' products, services, and technical innovations.
