As a Field Services Specialist/Property Inspector with Digs Vacation Rentals, you will be the foundation of our on-the-ground operations, ensuring every property is pristine and ready to welcome guests.

Working with the Operations Manager, your role involves being “hands-on” daily in the field conducting detailed property inspections between check-ins. You will oversee tasks ranging from restocking amenities to minor maintenance while keeping precise records. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough home inspections before guest arrivals and perform essential manual tasks.
  • Coordinate with trusted vendors for necessary repairs and communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner.
  • Carefully purchase and document supplies, ensuring all charges are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in reconciling credit card statements and meticulously cross-checking each purchase.
  • Maintain a well-organized inventory and ensure supply closets are orderly.
  • Adhere to and effectively use systems like Track, Breezeway, and Asana, ensuring all actions are carefully documented.
  • Support the Operations Manager by diligently handling various field tasks with precision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a consistent track record.
  • Neat, organized, and respectful, committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Problem-solving ability with a thoughtful approach to tackling challenges.
  • Mechanically inclined and familiar with basic home repairs, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on reliability and diligence. Comfortable with hands-on work and able to handle tasks that require getting your hands dirty.
  • Valid CA driver's license with a clean record, reflecting responsible and careful driving habits.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, ensuring readiness for the role's demands.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus: We offer an annual bonus that varies based on the year's success.
