The FST manager will drive operational excellence while leading the support, training and analytics functions related to our FSM system. Join us in making a lasting impact on our operational efficiency and business performance!WHAT SETS HELIOS APART:* Opportunity to make a big impact quickly* Competitive Pay* Amazing people to work withWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:* Oversee all aspects of our Field Service Management platform across the Helios entities.* Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities.* Communicate with users to identify their requirements and facilitate the process for continuous improvement.* Ensure processes stay consistent across job functions.* Lead training for new hires and for new continuous improvement initiatives.* Facilitate data cleanup activities.* Supervise activities of the Data Analytics team.* Build and Maintain integrations with various platforms.WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:* Expert understanding of SamPro or other Field Service Management (FSM) platforms* Ability to manage a small number of individuals* Strong training and facilitation skills, ability to create engaging training material* Attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge of compliance standards and best practices* Excellent Project Management skills* Ability to increase overall operational efficiency as measured by reduced processing times and increased outputWHAT SETS YOU APART:* Personable, excellent communicator, able to foster strong relationships* Strong technical skills, project experience and analytical knowledge* Adaptable and Team Player* 5 to 10 years' experience in similar systems management rolesHelios Commercial Service Partners determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000.
