Job Summary
* Attain Excellence in learning and competency events
* Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment
* Mentor others as required
* Participate in pre-job planning, ensuring the right equipment will be available and procedures are up to date
* Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
* Engage Customer contacts to promote company products and services
* Act as back-up for first level of management, when requested
* Conduct research or troubleshooting on site
* Inspecting equipment and technologies
* Resolving onsite malfunctions
* Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
* Diagnose construction or machinery problems
* Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
* Oversee repairs and technical improvements
* Install New Systems and technology
* Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
* Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
* Cleanliness of site / breakdown storage of company owned equipment
* Supervise and direct onsite crew
* Draft and submit reports
* Must be able to understand P&ID's, single line drawings, and Controls equipment and pull drawings / procedures from Document control as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience as field engineer / specialist or similar role
* Offshore experience with both topsides and subsea equipment
* Rotating Equipment Knowledge
