As a field superintendent, you will have the following responsibilities:- Single point of accountability for individual field projects: Do whatever it takes to keep your job moving per the OPS- Walks: Job Site Checklist: To be complete daily using the iPhone app- Damage Control - Clients: Assure the client whatever the issue is that it will be resolved as soon as possible- Meetings: Attend weekly Team meetings; come to the meeting prepared to discuss weekly items- Plan Review: Review final plans; compare to contract- Client Connection: Weekly updates; weekly calls to the homeowner to update them on the progress of their home, and review any questions they may have- Process Management: Scheduling; Overall Project Schedule- Maintain Punch List: Update the punch list EVERY FRIDAY; includes updating the list with accurate dates for work to be complete- Build Job Site Books- Build Google Doc Spreadsheets- Material and PO Reviews: Framing; Review framing list versus plansNote: They do not require construction background. They are looking for NCOs with strong leadership and strong technical aptitude as well as the aptitude to learn new hard-skills. They are looking for strong personalities who are good with their people and at motivating. This is a predominantly Monday - Friday, days position, although some projects may require some time outside of that on occasion. The super salary range is $50 - $60k with a per house potential payout of $1 - $2k, managing 7-10 houses per year. That would allow a per house payout of $7 - $15k. The profit sharing is about $5K. Total compensation would be $62k at lowest, could be as high as $80k.
