Job Title: Field Supervisor

Reports To: Field Care Manager / Registered Manager
Job Summary: The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to clients. This role involves managing and supporting care workers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Support:- Provide guidance and support to care workers in the field.
- Conduct regular supervision and performance reviews.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by care workers or clients.
Client Management:- Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for new clients.
- Regularly review and update care plans to ensure they meet clients' needs.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Ensure all care services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain high standards of care.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies.
Training and Development:- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for care workers.
- Support the professional development of care workers through mentoring and coaching.
Administrative Duties:- Maintain accurate records of care services, client interactions, and staff performance.
- Prepare reports for management on service delivery and staff performance.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating care worker assignments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare or social care sector.
- Strong understanding of care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
