We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team. **Position Overview:** The Field Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This role primarily involves performing complex drain and sewer service jobs. The Field Supervisor will also provide technical support to more junior technicians and help them when executing complex drain and sewer service jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing and drain and sewer services, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** **Customer Service:**
  • Perform plumbing repairs and replacements for both residential and commercial properties
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy
  • Uphold the company's reputation for excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
**Supervision & Leadership:**
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs with more junior technicians and site visits to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Mentor and train technicians, ensuring continuous skill development and adherence to company policies
**Technical Support:**
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians on-site and remotely
  • Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Assist in complex service calls and customer interactions as needed
**Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and/or drain and sewer services
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, drain cleaning, and related services
  • While not required, a Delaware Journeyman or Master plumbing license is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are highly desirable
**Salary:**
  • $31 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
