Operation Christmas Child (OCC), a ministry of Samaritans Purse, is searching for a Field Support Associate to serve at the International Headquarters in Boone, NC. You will provide administrative support for key projects supporting thousands of volunteers while also providing content and planning support for a global conference. A day in the life of aField Support Associate:

At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of Field Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

* Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

* Manage the administrative components of volunteer background check processing and tracking for year-round Connect Volunteers and Processing Center Associates

* Work with the Field Support Manager to support the development and implementation of content for Connect conference

* Work with the Field Support Data Strategist on training documentation and data management for internal database.

* Provide administrative support to the Volunteer Relations team by supporting the MyOCC Help Desk and team mailings while maintaining inventory and physical resources

* Follow policies and procedures of Samaritans Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual

* All other duties as assigned
