Job Description:
The Desktop Support/ Field Support Technician will be supporting a Windows 10 environment with about 250 machines (computers), 250 printers, including Zebra printers, label printers and 250 scanners. A good deal of support will be with Zebra printer and handheld scanner issues as they arise. Additionally, they will need understanding and experience with hardware troubleshooting and break fix issues, Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM for imaging and deployments and managing clients. Involvement could include device refreshes - imaging, deploying, migrating machines. Need to have strong customer service and communication skills and willing to be aggressive and push forward with less direction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to work independently with limited direction. Willingness to work in manufacturing/ plant floor environment. Having manufacturing experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
