Description
At KwiKom, we connect people to Internet and Phone service in-town and rural with fixed wireless and fiber technologies. KwiKom is looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills paired with technical ability. As a Field Technician you will play a vital role in the continued stability and growth of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Dispatch from your home daily and work in your geographical area.
* Perform installation and service of wireless internet at customer locations.
* Maintain inventory of necessary materials and tools for company vehicles.
* Recognize, practice, and ensure safety rules and procedures.
* Keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
* Hand out marketing material, and willingly promote KwiKom
* Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills
* Possess basic computer skills and be willing to learn new technologies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
* Must demonstrate accountability in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
* Must be professional in dress, speech, and manner.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Network skills are a plus, but not required, KwiKom will train the right candidate.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Possess basic computer skills
* Must live in the area you will be servicing/assigned to
* Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
* Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
