You'll be responsible for driving business in our print, shipping, and other UPS services by actively engaging with customers and finding solutions to their needs. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell UPS services such as printing, packaging, shipping, mailbox services, and other business-related services.
- Cultivate new business opportunities by networking and actively seeking out business clients.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell print services by identifying opportunities for large print jobs (e.g., flyers, brochures, marketing materials).
- Maintain an expert understanding of UPS services, pricing, and store policies to provide clear and confident information to customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure a positive, welcoming environment for all customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with print services, shipping, or packaging is a plus but not required.
