Job Summary
This position is responsible for organizing and preparing all donor hard files and gift agreements to prepare for scanning by an outside vendor. The tasks are removing duplicate documents from files, ensuring that all documents are in the appropriate file, labeling with donor ID's, removing staples and paperclips, and packing folders into boxes for shipment. This position also maintains an electronic itemized list of all files and the boxes they have been packed into.
