Responsibilities Summary: As a Fill/Pack Associate, you will ensure that every batch of Kombucha is bottled to perfection. Fill/Pack Associates are responsible for packaging the finished product that our consumers know and love before it reaches the consumer. Essential Duties: • Manually transport containers of fermented tea to fellow Fill/Pack Mixers and Mixing Assistants to be poured into mixing kettles • Unpack and place clean bottles onto the production line • Visually inspect bottles for defects and remove them from the production line as needed • Package finished product into boxes and seal boxes with tape • Unbox bottled product onto table to be repackaged for customized orders • Palletize packaged boxes of finished product • Transport empty boxes to other areas of the line for packaging • Stack empty pallets to be put into storage • Assist Fill/Pack Operators by staging material, pressing the appropriate buttons and notifying them of any machine/production issues • Assist Fill/Pack Mixing Assistants by transporting and staging ingredients from an adjacent room • Clean work area as needed to maintain a safe work environment • Daily tasks/duties are frequently subject to rotation between Fill/Pack Associates • Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced/dynamic environment • Ability to closely follow instructions/process • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Ability to maintain confidentiality • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) • Experience: 0-6 months of experience in Manufacturing/Production and/or Food/Beverage or related industry is preferred.
