Description: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Fill Room Operator is responsible to oversee the operation of the equipment in the Fill Room area during production, working to attain safety, high quality & efficiency goals with minimal downtime. Fill Room Operators are also responsible to help ensure the function of the equipment through some periodic maintenance and completing product changeovers.Requirements:Conduct quality checks – weight and crimp width and depthRead and follow batch ticket and spec sheetVerify concentrate is correct against batch ticketIn-process adjustment to filler machineLine change overWill be required to follow safety and quality standardsFill out quality paperwork for shiftKeeps work area clean and orderly – removes trashResponsible to oversee the basic operation of equipment during production.Complete all proper documentation as assigned.PI008e4cd83c90-37448-#######8
