Have knowledge of proper usage of machines and operation by performing the following duties. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for properly weighted portion of filling to be deposited on shell. Duties include all filling equipment operations including but not limited to proper set-up and teardown of equipment. Responsible for machine adjustments, minor equipment maintenance. And other related duties that may be assigned. Ensure that his/her surrounding work area is keep neat and clean. Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and USDA regulations are followed. Ensure that standard for the product being made is produced/ maintained during the shift. Report to line operator or supervisor if product quality is not up to standard. Report any foreign particles to line operator or supervisor immediately MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS...Filler, Line Operator, Equipment Maintenance, Operations, Manufacturing
