Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Regular and Consistent Attendance
  • Discuss booking decisions with film companies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate digital hard drive movement to theatres.
  • Correspond with film delivery personnel, theatres, and other corporate employees to ensure all auditoriums are in use.
  • Identify problems with theatre grosses as they relate to terms agreed to with film companies.
  • Inputting weekly and advance film bookings and special events bookings into computer system.
  • Checking showtimes of theatres for accuracy and policy violations.
  • Maintains Events calendar for assigned buyers and help organize weekly cancellations.
  • Assist theatres with booking issues and missing/expired KDMs

Regal TSO or theatre management experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Database software Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
