JOB SUMMARYResponsible and accountable for set-up, operation of machinery. Responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. With direction from supervisor responsible for established machine and shift productivity, quality, and yield requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsibilities: - Independent operation of either solution-making or film line equipment centers, including wash down and setup
- Complete all production paperwork with minimal direction and minimal required corrections
- Independent operation of milling machine. Demonstrates proper packaging, labeling, and allocation of milled scrap
- 5S Participation
- Full compliance with PPE & safe working practices
- Demonstrate they can work safely following rules and regulations
- Clear understanding of SOP's, GMP's, Allergens, HACCP, Food Defense, Color Code, Documentation, Log Books, Hand Washing, Uniform and Locker policy once fully trained and onboarded.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Training: - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow direction and work with Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience Required: - 0 to 1 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
