Job Description:As the Film Producer Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative team to bring stories to life, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and pitch film projects, working collaboratively with writers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Oversee all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Manage relationships with talent, crew, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality.

Monitor the creative process and provide guidance and support to the production team.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new projects.

Participate in promotional activities and marketing strategies for released projects.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of film production processes and industry standards.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Negotiation skills for managing contracts and relationships.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a producer in television or film, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

In-depth knowledge of the film industry, including distribution and marketing strategies.

Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.

Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Compensation:This position offers a unique revenue-sharing compensation structure, where the Film Producer Partner will receive a 10% revenue share of all projects worked on. Revenue will be based on new subscription sales generated from the distributed project, with payouts made on a monthly basis, 60 days after each project release.
