Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKable Staffing is in urgent need of a Final Assembler in Batavia, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficient using basic hand and air tools such as drill, grinder, cutting wheels, wrench, and clamps.
- Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).
- Basic carpentry and/or Auto mechanic skill.
- Ability to climb ladders as needed.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
- The minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Attended a trade school and completed program in welding or construction.
- 1 + year of on-the-job experience in related field or industry (metal fabrication, construction, welding, etc.).
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Stand and/or walk most shifts, plus ability to bend, squat, lift (up to fifty pounds), push, pull, reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrated exemplary attendance and work habits.
- Effective communication skills
- Pass background check and drug test
