This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity Salary: $55-66K Full benefit package Location: Fully Onsite in Latham, NY Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm Day-to-day, the Finance Administrative & Reporting Specialist will: Master proprietary databases to collect, verify, analyze data Pull, prepare, and disseminate periodic reports/reporting packages Perform data accuracy verification checks in accordance with established standards, processes, and protocols Audit, identify, summarize, and escalate data discrepancies as appropriate for resolution Manage and support data cleansing/reconciliation processes Gather and organize relevant data and documents from various third-party sources Assist with the testing of system enhancements Manage the storing and filing of final reports and other client-centric documents in accordance with our enterprise file system processes and protocols Collaborate with various cross-organizational teams in identifying ways to refine and streamline existing processes Establish and implement new processes designed to enhance productivity Perform and manage other general office and client service-related tasks and projects, as needed To be considered for this role, you should have: Proficiency in data entry, data analysis and scrubbing, and/or organization and storage of data Experience with MS Office, CRM applications and other data entry/reporting systems; technical aptitude to learn new software Strong MS Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information Working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and/or other meeting applications Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
