About the Role
Manages the finances and accounting reporting for the Sanitation Services department. Prepare and manage the annual operating and capital budgets. Forecast revenue and expenses. Report accounting data. Control the expenditures of departmental appropriations. Prepare technical and administrative reports. Assists with analysis and calculation of Sanitation rates, fees and other charges. Assists with managing emergency situations. Prepares, monitors, and tracks reimbursements and reconciliation of all Federal, State, FEMA, and Grants awarded to Pensacola Energy. Assists with the development and implementation of strategies to support the growth and continuous improvement of Sanitation Services. Assists with the negotiation and preparation of contracts, leases, and agreements. Formulates financial related policies and procedures with the concurrence of the Sanitation Services Director. Acts as a liaison with Federal, State, local, and other agencies. Performs related work as required.
Responsibilities
Compensation:
$30/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
