Job Summary: The Finance & HR Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations and human resources functions of the company. This role involves ensuring the efficient management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), optimizing cash flow, and developing financial strategies. Additionally, the role will focus on enhancing the recruitment process, strengthening the talent pool, and maintaining the company's culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including AP, AR, and cash flow.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure long-term financial stability.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports to the senior management team.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial practices support overall business objectives.
  • Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain high-quality talent, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pool.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
  • Foster a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Leadership and Strategy:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Finance and HR teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance and HR functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO/Managing Director on financial and HR matters.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and HR management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, including AP, AR, cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
