Finance and Operations Manager

JCW is currently partnering with a boutique consulting firm that's looking to hire a Finance and Operations Manager to support their growing practice. This unique position will be responsible for back-office finance management, along with ad-hoc operational support as needed. The ideal candidate will have a proven foundation in finance and be very organized to manage various additional projects across the firm.

Role responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the financial strategy and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, expense tracking and billing
• Oversee day-to-day operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability
• Manage staffing and scheduling for client engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance required
• 5+ years of financial experience; previous professional services experience preferred
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
