Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee the licensing and appointment processes for Registered Representatives and Agents.
- Collect, organize, track appointment data and licensing information for Registered Representatives.
- Manage data entry and monitor the status of renewed, new, and expired state insurance licenses.
- Research state licensing requirements as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide information on insurance products and their availability.
Qualifications:
- Active NYS Life, Accident & Health insurance license or FINRA SIE is preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, or data management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of state licensing, appointment, and contracting processes are preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
