We are looking to speak with Finance associates to join our client's Debt Finance practice group in New York.Our client's Debt Finance group of passionate practitioners exhibits a breadth of talent and skill offering excellent mentorship, work, and collegiality.This is an awesome New York opportunity for an experienced associate with experience representing issuers, underwriters/initial purchasers, institutional investors and placement agents in debt securities transactions (convertible, high yield and investment grade) and borrowers and lenders in various other secured and unsecured financing transactions.You will join a team of lawyers who are closely involved in advising clients on the intricacies of debt instruments in a variety of industries, and structuring a diverse range of registered public offerings, 144A debt placements and traditional private placements.Annual salary range: $295,000 - $370,000.#J-18808-Ljbffr
