As a member of our finance team, you will be assisting in providing services to persons with disabilities. Follow up on corrected claimsPost billing transactions in designated accounting software.Responsible for taking deposits to the bank and recording Accounts Receivable transactions in designated accounting software.Print payable checks and secure appropriate signatures.Follow up on outstanding checks from the General Bank account.Prepares data as requested (ex. cost report, outcomes report, bad debt, unclaimed funds, etc)Maintain privacy of confidential records, correspondence, and/or filesEnsures familiarity with regulatory guidelines to support accurate rates, and accurate billing codesCommunicate effectively in writing, orally, and with others to understand and convey informationWhat Background do you need?
