We're looking for a Finance Business Partner in Raleigh, NC to join our high performing finance team in fulfilling our mission, while utilizing our values of excellence, improvement, and connection. In this role, you will develop and maintain processes to accurately forecast and analyze Enacts' General and Administrative (G&A) and Customer Solutions (CS) functional spending and resources. Additionally, you will closely partner with leadership team members at all levels to identify cost management initiatives, communicate, lead, and improve budget and strategic planning processes. LOCATION Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC – Hybrid Schedule YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Assume ownership and development of the annual budget process for the various functions that comprise the G&A segment and the CS function Review Op Plan process / creation of presentations and other material as needed Provide leaders with a monthly status of expenses against plan Create, maintain, and analyze monthly CPU data and provide commentary to leaders as needed Maintain, track, and support the Enact Board of Directors compensation and all related expenses Review financial data/charts from G&A and CS teams and provide analysis and feedback Apply Project Financial Management principles (as required) to report on key initiatives, including analysis of buy vs build / ROI analysis, status of spending vs plan, and tracking of planned benefits and costs Conduct monthly close analysis to ensure proper accruals/expenses Submit and track purchase requests ensuring proper spend authorization and coding Process monthly and ad-hoc supplier invoices Review contracts and audit invoices to ensure billing matches fee schedules YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required 5 years of finance experience – budgeting, expense management, general accounting Excellent Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience in at least two of following systems: Oracle, SAS, ServiceNow, Tableau, TM1 Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to perform data analysis and resolve complex problems Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence others Continuous improvement mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment COMPANY Enact is a leading publicly traded U.S. private mortgage insurance provider, offering borrower-centric products that enable lenders and other partners across the U.S. to help people responsibly achieve and maintain the dream of homeownership.
