As the CAA, it is required that you fill out all paper and computer program finance info within 24 hours of entry Monday thru Thursday or 72 hours if Friday thru Sunday. These issues consist of -.
- Ensure that all fees and any other client money is captured at intake and dispersed appropriately.
- Shop for all clients' personal items
- Insure all client pay checks, stubs, any personal money receipts, money requests, canteen and travel logs are turned in by noon Friday.
- Upkeep all money request sheets.
- Make entry to all progress trackers weekly.
- Communicate with the case team
- You are responsible for ensuring the collection and proper dispersion of all incoming client moneys.
- In the collection of any money you ensure a receipt is given and a detailed record kept for the weekly client financial.
- You will be responsible for any and all financial sheets/paystubs to be signed by the client, also providing them with a signed copy.
Requirements
- Prefer a minimum of high school diploma, GED
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid Ky Driver's License
- Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills. Can be post hire.
- Prefer experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with our billing department.
