Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Entry Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing financial data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various financial operations. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Responsibilities

+ Accurately enter and manage financial data.

+ Ensure data integrity and spot errors and inconsistencies.

+ Support various financial operations.

+ Handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

+ Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Essential Skills

+ 2-3 years of experience in a finance-related role.

+ Proficient in data entry with high accuracy.

+ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.

+ Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

+ Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field preferred.

+ Relevant certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper are a plus.

+ Familiarity with database management and financial reporting tools.

+ Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain financial records systematically.

+ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

+ Team-oriented and adaptable.

Work Environment

This position will be onsite Monday through Friday for 8 hours a day with a flexible start time.
