Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Insurance & Financing Sales: Drive tailored insurance and financing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Apply expertise in title laws, registration, and regulations to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.
  • Manage Deals: Review, close, and make informed credit decisions efficiently.
  • Uphold Legal Standards: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Streamline Documentation: Oversee timely, accurate processing of contracts and paperwork.
  • Conduct Post-Sale Audits: Verify procedural accuracy and compliance through audits.
  • Ensure Timely Funding: Manage efficient contract funding to maintain smooth operations.
  • Lead & Develop Team: Inspire and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and productivity.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to exceed performance targets in automotive finance or a related industry.
  • In-Depth Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in automotive finance laws and regulations, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
  • Integrity & Professionalism: A commitment to ethical behavior, professionalism, and leading by example in every interaction.
Education & Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in automotive finance management, with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Occasional travel required for meetings and training.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • A pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening are required.
