Finance DirectorJob Description The Finance Director will oversee and direct all financial operations, including accounting, financial systems, and billing. Responsibilities include planning, supervising, and evaluating all accounting and fiscal activities, ensuring timely financial and other reports to the CEO and Board, and supervising the finance department. The role involves monitoring productivity, participating in strategic planning, and organizing agency-wide initiatives. The Finance Director will also oversee maintenance of accurate procedures and records, ensure proper financial reporting, develop annual budgets in collaboration with other directors, maintain data for audits, and manage the finance department staff. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in San Jose, California and some days remote. Work Environment Hybrid work environment with 3 days remote.
