The Sr. Director, Finance will report directly to the CFO, Mutual Fund and Retirement Services and directly support the General Manager of a key business unit within the ICS Segment. In this role, the Sr. Director be the financial advisor to the business unit including overseeing the monthly results/forecast, providing leading indicators and provide business insights to the GM and leaders within the business unit. This is a highly visible role with exposure to executive management. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with executive management, provide business insights, lead process improvement and guide transformative analytics. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote. Responsibilities: Facilitate senior leadership decision making by developing reliable, timely, and accurate analyses of financial trends, identifying key performance drivers, problem areas, and providing financial support / measurement of key initiatives. Drive the monthly results/forecasts cycles as well as the annual Operating and Strategy Plan for the business unit. This includes identifying areas of growth to support the financial goals of the business Lead annual investment prioritization process working with business unit Product and technology team including setting deadlines and business case financials for the right investment measures and analysis, Lead projects and initiatives for the business, working across financial and business areas to drive initiatives to success Partner closely with Business Unit leaders, building and developing strong relationships Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance and/or Sales Finance. Financial services industry experience helpful Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to identify and leverage best practices Strong analytical and quantitative skill with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making based on analytics and sound judgment Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience required Masters in Business Administration highly desired (but not required) High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. MS Power BI or other analytical tools desired but not required Salary range $160,000.00- $175,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
