To learn more, please visit: This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Line Finance Director to oversee the accounting operations of NFP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their segment accounting functions including, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and implementing effective internal controls. The Finance Director will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting
    • Oversee the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Accounting Operations
    • Work closely with accounting teams in the Regions to ensure accurate financial reporting, strategize process improvements, and process standardization implementation.
    • Ensure the integrity of accounting records and financial systems.
    • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Compliance and Audit
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a CPA.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
