This role is responsible for all activities related toLegal Entity Reporting and Strategic Analysis for Primary GPS Manufacturing Entities and External Manufacturing (U.S., Puerto Rico, Ireland, and Switzerland). This role collaborates very closely with various stakeholders within GPS as well as Corporate Tax, Corporate Treasury, and Corporate Financial Reporting and Analysis. Expected Areas of Competence Financial Flow Review and Implementation for GPS. Cooperation on preparation of Legal entity quarterly review, including variance analysis for presentation to management. Preparation, submission and review with senior management of projections & budget for legal entity P&L Coordinate and Consolidate Intercompany Budget & Projection with GPS sites, FD and Corporate Tax Ensure Consistency and accuracy of GPS Cash Flow Projection, Elaborate Analysis and Provide Variance Commentaries and coordination within GPS to support Treasury and ICP. Responsible for all LE and statutory reporting for US-GPS LE (5 companies) Participate in Legal Entity Rationalization Initiative Financial / Business Analysis to support our Global Supply Chain Operations in managing the Company's Indirect Tax Risk Commitment to enforce a high level of internal controls and compliance with corporate policy across all areas of finance. Commitment to a culture of continual review and improvement of departmental systems and procedures. Strong business partnering skills Experience Desired Qualified Accountant with Technical knowledge of US GAAP Working knowledge of SAP /Hyperion/Oracle and product costing as a plus BioPharma industry experience in a multinational corporation preferred. Experience working in a dynamic, team-based and cross-functional environment. Experience applying innovative and creative solutions to strengthen internal controls, increase data accuracy and overall improve efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills. Possesses strong financial analysis skills Strong working knowledge of company compliance policies, company policies and procedures and financial processes. Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
