**This position is based at the Corporate St. Louis, MO office. This is a hybrid position (not a remote position).**
As a key member of the Corporate Finance team, this position will retrieve data sets and build reports from numerous software systems to assist in month end close, reviewing results, and ensuring data is being properly transmitted between systems. This role will assist Corporate Finance, Divisional Finance, Operations, IT, and other departments. This position will also be a key resource in the completion of special projects such as software integrations and company acquisitions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support the initiatives of the Corporate Finance group including extraction of data, building of ad hoc reporting, and participation in other analysis. Interact with team members at many levels of the organization to obtain an understanding of how day-to-day processes work so that correct data can be found. Provide assistance & support in explaining report logic and how data was compiled.
+ Navigate between multiple financial systems to data mine and extract information needed for period close, audit, or special projects when requested. Provide support and explanation for any data provided.
+ Monthly and semi-annual close and reporting of financial results as needed.
+ Implementation of new software and new company acquisitions.
+ Administration role of setting up new users and updating roles and security access across multiple financial software systems.
+ Accumulation of information requested by internal and external auditors.
+ Complete special projects and non-routine assignments as may be required by management.
+ Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders (users in the field, IT department, management in the Corporate office, consultants etc.)
**Requirements:**
+ BS in Computer Science or equivalent field of study required.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience in IT required. Background in accounting, finance, or auditing preferred but not required.
+ Past experience in an admin role for TM1, and is familiar with creating/modifying security groups, adding new entities and loading processes
+ Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work at both the detailed analytical level and at the summary level, with speed and accuracy.
+ Must possess strong and effective interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial datasets.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
+ Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, AS400 ERP system, Showcase Query, PowerBI, IBM Cognos TM1 Web & Applications (Contributor), Blackline desired.
+ SQL experience is highly preferred
+ Good customer service experience with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot, problem-solve outside of the box issues
+ Experience with documenting processes
