Senior Operations Finance Leader-Waterford Site Summary: As the Senior Operations Finance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and maximizing asset utilization at our Waterford Site. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations and the Senior Finance Manager for FS to deliver impactful business results. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be critical in shaping operations strategy and supporting continuous improvement across the business. In this role, you will: Lead Financial Planning: Own the financial planning process for the operations organization, including budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and ad hoc estimations, ensuring alignment with both short-term goals and long-term strategies for the Waterford Site and the Construction Packaging Facility (Plant GATE). Drive Operational Excellence: Provide actionable insights into operating costs and asset utilization to optimize performance, helping the team exceed operational targets and improve profitability. Ensure Financial Accuracy: Oversee plant accounting and ensure compliance with US GAAP while driving global consistency in financial policies and procedures. Your expertise will help steer financial decision-making and enhance business outcomes in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Responsibilities Include: Partner with Director of Operations as well as Waterford Value Stream Leaders and advise them on financial matters and ways to drive improved profitability by optimizing the value chain. Drive plant financials (Cost, Cost Productivity, Variability) Plant accounting (drive controllership and global consistency) Communicating and presenting to local and global Leadership Facilitate regular Operations Cost Reviews and other meetings to report, improve and lead plant financial performance. Provide onsite leadership and coaching to area Operations finance analysts while driving improvements in Financial Operations Processes Direct management responsibility for regional inventory, inclusive of physical calculations and accounting. Drive and Support transformation projects to support and grow site profitability Completes other duties as assigned TRAVEL: 10% Qualifications: The following are required for the role 7+ years finance experience in an industrial finance setting Required Technical/Business Skills in SAP FI/CO/PCA & Business Warehouse Required skills in US GAAP Strong accounting/financial analysis abilities Excellent communication skills demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables Excellent influencing ability to meet/exceed business expectations Fluency in English required The following are preferred for this role: Demonstrated transformational leader MBA or Masters, preferred Preferred experience managerial role Experience working with Global teams, preferred Education Requirements BA/BS degree in accounting or finance #LI-NG1 #LI-Hybrid PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. What We Offer: Base Pay Range: $100,500 - $147,400 The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
