Job DetailsJob Location Margate CDJR - Margate, FLDescriptionMargate CDJR IS HIRING FINANCE MANAGERS!!We are a high-volume powerhouse beautifully & centrally located to all major beaches, fishing, golfing, & other activities, proving year after year to be a sought-after, booming location.The ideal applicant must have a proven track record of creating a customer environment that promotes growth & retention.We provide:- Ability to earn 200k+ annually/ Competitive Pay Plan, based on Experience and Performance for this commission based role- Opportunity to Further Your Career with a Major Dealer Group- Fair and flexible schedule- Training/Mentoring- Relocation Assistance- Great Benefits Package, Health & Dental Insurance, 401(k) & Paid Time Off- Paid holidaysResponsibilities:- Attainment and gross production of financial services' goals and objectives.- Makes extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers/Utilizes the menu selling process.- Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.- Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.- Works closely with sales team.- Follows all processes- Ensures all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations.- Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.- Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.- Reinforces company policies/adheres to company standards/reporting requirements- Attend weekly manager meetingsQualificationsQualities we require:- Previous Finance Manager experience- Must be a documented $1800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer- Experience with Docupad or similar a plus- Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpfulYou will need to also include:- 3 current references (exclude friend or family)Come see what Morgan Auto Group has to offer!
