Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and analysis of financial data to the General Manager and members of the Executive Committee, enabling them to make strategic and operational decisions, forecast costs and assess the financial impact of policies and projects, while monitoring results after implementation (fair cost in terms of productivity improvement).
- Developing, proposing, and implementing the tools that provide the company with the necessary information to support its activities and meet the Group's needs. Ensure the consistency and reliability of financial data.

- Improve and support operational processes.
- Define and implement standards, rules, and procedures (internal control) to protect the Company's assets and ensure compliance. Managing the internal control audit points recommended by the Group.
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting and budgetary processes and compliance with Group policies.
- Ensure compliance with the company's contractual obligations and with legal, tax and administrative regulations in strategic and operational decisions. Provide strategic vision to optimize tax policy. Manage tax reporting to local authorities.
- Manage and lead the Accounting & Payroll team under their responsibility.
- Oversee the company's cash management and coordinate cash management activities related to financial operations.
- Develop, propose, and implement best practice cash management techniques to optimize cash balances, secure cash flows and reduce costs.
- Monitor cash budgets and allocate financial resources in accordance with approved budgets.
- Prepare and/or consolidate reliable cash flow reports for submission to the Group. Managing and optimizing FCFO (Free Cash Flow from Operations)
- Liaise closely with Tain Headquarters on all financial processes and the results of their implementation (strict cost control with a view to improving productivity).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Finance / Sales cost controlling, project management, or financial analysis, preferably in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
This position is based in Brooklyn and requires at least 3 days/week of presence at the Dumbo's office. Must be able to travel to various off-site locations. Must be available to work occasional weekends and evenings when participating in company event. Must be available to Travel: Until 40%.
